E. S. Kluft & Company, manufacturer and distributor of Kluft and Aireloom luxury brand mattresses, recently announced that it will enter Japan with its first retail location with LACSS Advisors in Tokyo. The strategic move will bring Kluft mattresses to one of the world’s fastest growing consumer markets.

Kluft will be the exclusive mattress supplier for its retail partner LACSS Advisors. The partnership will also introduce the Kluft brand to major Japanese department stores.

David Binke, CEO of E.S. Kluft & Company, said, “The Japanese demand for American-made luxury products is on the rise. This entry into Japan is very exciting for us, and we are confident that we found the right partner. LACSS Advisors understands the Kluft brand, and knows how to promote the luxury concept to the Japanese consumer, making them our perfect partner.”

The company will introduce five of its best-selling mattresses to the Japanese market including the Palais Vie de Luxe, Florencia, Milan, Hudson and Bryant. The collections will retail between $9,150 to $40,600 – equivalent to about 1 million yen to 4.5 million yen.

Binke added, “We’ve seen great success with our products in the international marketplace and entry into Japan will further strengthen our global presence.”

Previously Kluft has expanded the company’s brands in 15 other countries, including Australia, Canada, China, Indonesia, Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, Panama, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Turks and Caicos Islands, and the United Kingdom.
