Sunpan launches Domestic upholstery line

Sunpan is all set to introduce its sustainability program, which includes the launch of its Domestic Collection of upholstery. Domestic is a group with streamlined, contemporary designs, all made in North America. The product is made with FSC-certified wood and performance fabrics made from recycled plastic water bottles.

Sunpan says its stock pieces are available to reserve now, with plans to offer a special-order program soon.

As part of the sustainability program, the company has added a sustainable filter on its website so buyers can easily find those products.

Other initiatives in Sunpan’s program are:

• Sourcing energy efficient electronics in its facilities.
• Creating catalogs and additional printed materials using sustainably sourced paper.
• Using recyclable packaging that is produced with recycled materials.
