Amazon has launched its third proprietary furniture brand, Ravenna Home, featuring classic traditional living room furniture, upholstered headboards, lighting and barstools.
The move comes nearly a year after the e-commerce giant launched its first two collections simultaneously — Rivet and Stone & Beam. While the first two groups tackled popular Mid-Century Modern and modern styles, this time, Amazon is shooting more for transitional and traditional styles.
Nadja Escolar, director of home private brands at Amazon, described Ravenna Home as “our newest line of timeless everyday furniture offered at a great value,” making it “easier than ever for customers to furnish their homes hassle-free — without breaking the bank.”
“The collection’s classic silhouettes and popular colors and prints ‘can complement customers’ existing décor, or make it easy for them to start decorating from scratch,” an Amazon spokesperson said in an email to Furniture Today.
Amazon declined to disclose the maker of the goods or the country of origin.
