Factory Direct Enterprises, LLC, an Ashley HomeStore licensee, unveiled its new facility in Edison, New Jersey with a ribbon cutting ceremony on September 20, 2019. The facility will serve as the new corporate office and will house their customer care center, merchandising, and administrative functions such as human capital, finance, and information technology.
“We appreciate the hospitality of the City of Edison and the State of New Jersey,” said Eugene Chrinian, CEO of Factory Direct Enterprises. “With a new state-of-the-art facility, our talented associates are enthusiastic to deliver a strong brand and retail excellence to our customers around Metro NY & NJ.” Chrinjan added concluded.
It is anticipated that Factory Direct Enterprises will add over 60 new jobs in the new facility over the next two years and has the capacity for even further growth and expansion. The 34,667-square-foot facility involved an extensive remodel, creating a ripple effect on the surrounding community. An average of 200 workers were on site, six to seven days a week, over a seven-month construction schedule, to create this dynamic and efficient business facility.
