Ballard Designs Furniture Store is happy to announce that recently they have opened their first store in Houston. The iconic style-conscious furniture and home decor catalog brand, Ballard Designs popular for European influence in furniture designs, has opened its first brick-and-mortar location in Houston.
The company’s newly designed 10,000-square-foot space is in the River Oaks Shopping Center, an affluent shopping district. The location houses fully decorated room vignettes, furniture, fabrics, lighting, drapery, hardware and accessories, along with provides complimentary design services.
“Now that the physical store is open with samples of our 400-plus gorgeous fabrics, it’ll be perfectly easy for Houston designers and homeowners to come view and compare fabrics and make their design decisions,” said Dominic Milanese, Ballard Designs senior director of retail. “We’ve been serving Houston designers and homeowners for 35 years through our catalog, so we already have a large following here.”
Ballard Designs offers a curation of home furnishings and decor from all periods with hundreds of custom options as well as the opportunity to receive design advice and inspiration. The new location marks the 17th location nationally for the company.
