Behold Home expands showroom for October market

Behold Home will relocate its showroom to a new location in the Centers of High Point complex location that almost doubles the company’s High Point Market footprint. The motion and stationary upholstery manufacturer will exhibit in its current 17,000-square-foot Centers of High Point-Manning showroom for next month’s High Point Market. After that, Behold Home will move to a 30,000-square-foot location, space 30 in CHP’s nearby Hamilton building. The new showroom will be ready and operational in time for the October High Point Market.

Behold Home has experienced rapid growth since opening a 2,800-square-foot Centers of High Point location in 2015, subsequently expanding to 17,000 square feet in Center Point on Manning. A need for a grander exhibition space forced Behold Home to consider other options.

“Our new showroom allows us the ability to showcase our products in an environment that provides our customers a better, more complete shopping experience of the Behold Home brand,” said Behold Home CEO Lyle Harris in a release. “We want our market shopping experience to mimic the overall customer satisfaction that we strive to achieve on daily basis. We have a great customer base that deserves our best. On every level including market attendance, Behold Home desires to exhibit dedication to our customers by offering unparalleled customer satisfaction, compelling value proposition, product quality, impeccable tailoring and speed to market.”

The new CHP-Hamilton space will be completely renovated to provide a fresh look, private entrance and outdoor entertainment area. Centers of High Point Director of Leasing Elaine Crowell said Behold Home’s stationary and motion upholstery have quality and beauty “down to a science.”  “With this comes the need for growth, and we’re pleased we can provide them with a showroom that will allow them to continue to succeed,” she continued.

Communication and interaction with customers is vital, Harris said, and market is part of that. “The new showroom will not only be a place where we can exhibit our products and ideas for growth but also provide us the opportunity to cater to our customer’s needs in a professional but relaxed environment,” Harris said.
