ESolutions Furniture welcomes new CEO

ESolutions Furniture welcomes Luc Mongeau as its new president and CEO, effective immediately. With a vision to emerge as one of the leading e-commerce solutions for residential and commercial furniture ESolutions Furniture is rearranging its management section.

The present President Mike Evans will retire on September 30 after working for the company for 24 years. The company said Evans’ retirement is consistent with the planned changes following the merger of Bestar and Bush Inds. two years ago.

“This is a very exciting time for me,” said Evans. “I’m looking forward to the next chapter of my life,  spending more time with family and pursuing other interests. I welcome Luc to the team and am confident that the company will be in good hands with a leader of his caliber.

ESolutions plans on becoming the “leading e-commerce solution” for residential and commercial furniture in North America under Mongeau.

“I look forward to working with our teams to strengthen eSolutions Furniture’s position in  existing markets, seek out new business opportunities and, most importantly, create a work  environment where our talented employees can use their full potential in a meaningful  way,” said Mongeau.

Prior to joining eSolutions Furniture, Mongeau was president of Mars Petcare North America, where he spent 14 years. Most recently, he served as president of Weston Foods.

Bestar purchased Bush Inds. in early 2020 and renamed to eSolutions in 2021. The company sells the majority of its furniture online via e-commerce sites and through the websites of various office superstores. Furniture categories include office furniture, bedroom, dining, occasional and upholstery.
