Las Vegas Market sees growing interest in Gift Leasing

Las Vegas Market has announced that the gift leasing momentum is continuing to accelerate, with some 14 leading gift, gourmet, seasonal and lifestyle brands opening, expanding and renewing showrooms in advance of the Winter 2018 Las Vegas Market, set to run from January 28 to February 1, 2018.

Leasing activity in Building C has been particularly robust in the general gift, seasonal, lifestyle collection and gourmet categories. Newcomers for Winter Market on floor C7 include: Adams & Co. (gifts, home décor) in 2,200 square feet; Option2/Walpert (seasonal) in 1,400 square feet; and Special T Imports (home décor, garden, seasonal) in 1,600 square feet; renewing exhibitors on C7 include C&F Enterprises (gifts, home décor) in 10,700 square feet; and K&K Interiors (gifts, home décor, seasonal) in 9,500 square feet.

 

Other renewals for Winter Market include: Gifts of Nature (gifts, home décor) in 4,500 square feet on C8; Timeless by Design (gifts, home décor) in 6,225 square feet on C9; and Evergreen Enterprises (gifts, home décor, garden) digital showroom in 4,311 square feet on C9.

 

Newcomers in the Lifestyle Collection on C10 include: Apple Park (gifts, juvenile) in 342 square feet and Flashpoint Candles (gifts, home décor) in 342 square feet. Expanding showrooms include multi-line sales agencies Diverse Marketing in 5,500 square feet; and Just Got 2 Have It! in 15,900 square feet. Renewing exhibitors on C10 include leading multi-line sales agency Fine Lines in 17,400 square feet.
