Malouf recently welcomed four new Territory Managers to Sales Team and enriches business environment. To meet the demand of the changing business environment and sustain in the industry Malouf recently decided to strengthen its sales team and improve performance in the new normal retail environment within the bedding and furniture industry. The company divided four of its specialty retail districts and assigned new territory managers to oversee accounts in those areas.
New territory managers are Jackson Loveday, Rocky Mountain District; Chase Clark, Southwest District; Karen Pixton, Midwest South District; and Danny Peterson, Midwest North District. Each manager is responsible for consulting with accounts on product customization and merchandising solutions and managing field sales representatives in their territory.
“The industry is changing like never before, and we’re making these adjustments to focus more on individual accounts in each territory,” said National Sales Manager Eric Holmstead. “We’re here to help our retail partners succeed, especially during these difficult times.” To further support its partners, Malouf has created an e-book series focused on topics such as social media and online reputation management. Malouf partners can access these resources as well as web-ready images and videos through the company’s Wholesale Resource Center.
“In a recent survey we conducted, our partners asked for additional resources on how to manage their online presence,” Holmstead added. “Since the COVID-19 pandemic, many retailers have added more e-commerce channels with the decline of in-store traffic, and we want to support them in any way we can.”
