Napa Furniture launches virtual showroom tour

Solid wood case goods manufacturer Napa Furniture has launched a virtual tour of its showroom that showcases new and inline product for dealers around the country. Napa launched the tour of its estimated 11,000-square-foot space in Furniture Plaza 310 last week and already has received positive feedback from dealers, said Bobby Papazian, one of the company owners and executive vice president of sales.

Papazian said the company did the virtual tour to benefit existing and prospective customers who are still not sure they are willing to travel to see the product in person. This includes recent and upcoming First Tuesday events in High Point where the company has decided to open its doors.

“We just know there are people that are very uncomfortable traveling, and we just find that to connect with the customer, it is important to do this visually,” Papazian said. “With any interest, we will follow up with wood samples.”

The tour shows a wide range of goods, including 13 bedroom collections, four dining groups, six occasional groups and four entertainment units.

Moving forward, the company expects this virtual approach will make the Napa line easier to shop now and in the future. “Right now there are furniture stores that don’t want your rep in the store,” Papazian added. “It is very important to do this.”
