Bedding e-retailer Layla, the name is synonymous with comfort, relaxation and perfect slumber has recently launched a new flippable mattress named the Layla Hybrid Mattress especially designed by considering client’s feedback.

“We’ve been continuing to evolve our collection of sleep products after the launch of our first mattress in 2016 through a combination of innovative technology and simply listening to our customers,” said Akrum Sheikh, Layla Sleep co-founder. “We’ve been asking consumers what they’re looking for that they feel they don’t already have in a mattress, and the biggest takeaway is that people aren’t waking up feeling rejuvenated or rested.”

The new mattress is made in the U.S. by combining coils with copper-infused memory foam. The six-inch layer of coils provides motion control with a double-coil perimeter for edge support, according to the company. The mattress also has a 2.5-inch layer of copper-gel memory foam for those who prefer the soft side, but when flipped, the other side has a 1-inch layer of firm copper-gel memory foam for those who prefer a more firm mattress.

According to Layla officials, copper helps keep the mattress cooler since it is a conductive metal; it is hypoallergenic in order to help kill germs, and the copper cells interact to create a firming response where the foam compression occurs. The hybrid mattress retails for between $1,199 for a twin and $1,799 for a California king.
